At The Levett School, our curriculum is carefully planned to provide pupils with a broad, balanced and ambitious learning experience, while recognising and responding to their individual needs, starting points and prior experiences.
Our long term curriculum plans set out the learning pupils will experience across Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and Year 7. They provide a clear overview of how knowledge, skills and vocabulary are developed progressively over time, supporting pupils to build secure foundations and prepare successfully for their next stage of education.
We recognise that pupils may join us at different points in their educational journey. Our curriculum therefore combines high expectations and appropriate challenge with flexibility and personalisation, enabling pupils to re-engage positively with learning and make meaningful progress.
